Original Comment DON&quot;T BUY LG PRODUCTS!<br /> In May 2013 I bought a $2100 French Door refrigerator and it stopped operations in June 2020. I was told I would get a 20% rebate if I bought another LG on 7/31/2020 and just called back today to learn they lost all of my information so I sat on the phone for 2 hours to assure that they would provide the 20% but will not receive notification if it is approved for 10 days and have to wait 8-10 weeks for the money. The issue that a $2100 LG refrigerator only lasts 7 years is clearly a statement that LG is an inferior product. I do want to receive a buy back for the 2013 product but no one at executive services knows how to do this so therefore my statement about LG products only lasting a short time.<br /> <br /> I am sending the corporate office this information in hopes they can help the US offices get their act together because life is not good with LG.
