Original Comment I feel like I was racially profiled against at this H-E-B off of the Summerwood area and Beltway 8. I bought some meat there it was spoiled ,so I called to let the manager know. She told me to return with just a receipt she didn't need the meat however ,"I bought the meat anyway ",but I left it in the car because I feel like we're living in a time where coronavirus is a HUGE deal and it wasn't necessary to actually drag some bloody meat inside of the store.Once I spoke with the manager Chad iit seems like as soon as he saw the color of my skin he decided to tell me I need to bring the meat back in the store. at I was told I didn't have to so when I brought the meat back in the store it was very embarrassing because the meet was bloody and everyone was staring. I didn't sell spoiled meat H-E-B did. I was treated rudely and very unprofessional. I don't recommend this store at all!! Managers need to be TRAINED or take a class on CUSTOMER service!!
