Ordered food at 7:20pm on 10/01/2020 from our local Chili's in Grand Junction, Colorado. Requested delivery and ordered $70 worth of food for my families dinner. When food was delivered around 8:20pm it was cold and looked like the bag had been tipped over because all the meals were messed up. Upon checking the order come to find some food was missing. I called the restaurant and told the man that answered that I was missing items and one was a side I had to pay extra for. The man then responded &quot;oh and what am I suppose to do about that&quot; with major attitude. To where I replayed upset and added &quot;what do you think you should do?&quot; And he hung up on me. <br /> I called back again and a lady named Kathy answered. I asked her if I could speak to the manager and she told me he was too busy and couldn't speak to me. I told her I was missing ordered items and the person prior hung up on me. And still she said the manger could not speak with me and would have to call me back. I gave her my info and waited until I was able to drive to Chili's. When I walked in around 9:20pm the place was definitely not busy. So much that I could plainly see a few staff members AND the manager by the bar watching the football game! A very polite busser asked how he could help me and I asked for the Manager. To where he went to the group of people watching the tv and told the Manager I was there. The manger came up to me and asked how he could help me and by this point I was so annoyed and mad I just said I need a refund. He looked at my receipt and said ,&quot;Oh yes did you get my message?&quot; I told him no I never got a call. He then confirms the number I gave which was correct and he then apologized that he must have dialed wrong. He took me towards the back area where to go is and started a partial refund. I requested a full refund. Missing my families dinner, then the very low customer service and complete lack of the fact that we went without our food made me lose my appetite. And to walk in and see that everyone's just hanging out watching the game... yes very shocked at how poorly I was treated. I won't be ordering from this location again.
