Original Comment I had the worst waitress tonight. Usually chili's has great service and amazing staff! Tonight I was on table 3 around 8:30 pm October 30th and this lady charged us for the wrong order, made us wait over 30 mins for our drinks to be refilled, I asked for sweet tea and she gave me unsweetened tea. She was spilling drinks everywhere as she kept on walking and had me wait another 30 minutes just for our Togo boxes and forgot one of them and a bowl for my soup. She didn't apologize for either of the problems she caused. Never once did a "I'm sorry for.." come up. I was very respectful but that was awful! I had to ask the guys around me for things I needed that she forgot. I won't have her at my table again.
