Original Comment Rear hatch at times won't close. O'Rielly in Tucson Arizona says nothing they can do unless it does it often so they can troubleshoot it. There has to be a control box/switch that isn't picking up that I'm pushing button on tail hatch door. Very frustrating to pay $$ for new Equinox & for 2 years now they keep saying nothing they can do. I don't care if there is a dozen parts that could be causing the problem! Start changing most likely part from experience & see what happens. But their idea is do nothing & let me suffer the frustration & anger. As I've already told several people who were thinking about buying a new vehicle-I wouldn't buy a wheelbarrow from Oreilly much less a car. I've dealt with at least 1/2 dozen dealerships in my life & hands down this is the WORST!!
