If I were the President of Whirlpool I would be embarrassed. <br /> We bought a new Whirlpool Range in Sept 2020. One of the knobs fell off so we couldn't use the complete range. After a month of having my wife complain, I placed calls to customer service on December 31st, January 25th, March 16th and today April 13th. All I want is a replacement knob. They say it's coming. But 4 months later. NO KNOB! How hard can this be? I talked with the supervisor, Brooklyn, today. No knob. No way to communicate or follow up with customer service. My only recourse is to wait for a knob which I have been waiting for now for 4 1/2 months. No a happy customer. Never buying Whirlpool again.
