I was a Virgin Mobile customer for more than 17 years I have three accounts with Boost Mobile. My cell phone is not working so I purchase a new phone several weeks. It was shipped from Boost mobile via FedEx. FedEx cannot find the package and lost it I contacted Boost Mobile customer service and told it's my responsibility to have FedEx fix this issue. Also told there is nothing boostmobile can do. It just doesn't seem fair, Boost Mobile should cancel the order and send out another phone. If boost will not correct this problem I have no choice but to take my 3 accounts and my business elsewhere!!!
