Original Comment You call corporate to file a complaint or speak to someone about a concern and nobody's ever there. Poorly run organization/business which shows the only could care less about his employees as long as he is lying his pockets with millions of dollars. If I had a business like this I would make darn sure my employees were treated with the utmost respect because if they walk off this man needs to remember he will not have a business even though it doesn't matter he's all set for the rest of his life and this goes for all owners of Dollar tree. Stores are so short of help it looks like a dumping ground and it's very unsafe if someone was to fall and hurt themselves Dollar tree would be responsible. That shows they could care less about the customers as long as we spend our hard earned money. you can't leave two employees in a store especially around Christmas time when the line is all the way back and around every aisle and I don't know about the owner but that's logical and simple to solve. The stores reflect what kind of owner these people are and I give it an E-. They have failed their employees as well as the customers that walk into these disorganized messed up stores and I don't blame the employees I blame the owners not a nice place and as far as trying to get through to anybody to listen to our concerns you get an E-- for that.
