i normally get the $50 plan. 12/35GB. been doing this for almost two years so i know how i use data and how it is deducted. that plan was used up in two days but i did not use but maybe 3 gb. i then got the $60 30/35gb plan. second payment in two days. i reset my data counter at that time on my phone. i ahve used 18 of hotspot and 13 high speed only it shows on the app that i have used 32gb of high speed and it doesnt show hotspot anywhere on the app. support says ive used 18 of hotspot and 32 high speed, this is 6 days after the second plan purchased this month. i have not used 32 high speed and 18 hotspot. they keep telling me to check the counter on the phone itself and send them a screenshot only when i do the dont even look at it. thst is the proof but they dont acknowledge i even sent it to them. i was "diconnected" four times in calls when they couldnt or wouldnt fix this problem. i should have 12 left hotspot and 21 left high speed but its all being combined onto high speed usage and my hotspot data that i paid for is not available for me to use. 17 support chats which they give me one of three BS excuses like escalation. thts how they just get rid of you. their support s garbage. then theres the 4g lte that is the sevice they are providing me only im paying for 5g sevice. i own a phone called the celero 5G for christ sake. they wont give me more data, wont reimburse me and wont muster up enough balls to tell me they screwed up and cant fix it instead i get "random" call disconnections when calling in and simply ghosted in chats. yes i admit i have been rude but who wouldnt bena little cocked after 17 worthless hour plus long support chat sessions and 5 disconnected useless calls to support. i have had to take time off from work on three ocdsions to get this runaround BS. this has added up to around $1,100 in loss profite from my business and makes me and my business name look bad since i canceled appointments with customers. its a simple fix im sure but someone has to actually know wtf their doing and then they need to actually push the buttons to get it done. what a concept. do your friggin jobs.
