Original Comment Avis Detroit airport on 10/8 at 6 pm was the worst rental car experience we have ever had. Only 2 agents. There were only 6 people ahead of us and it took an hour to get assistance. When we finally got the paperwork done, they told us we would have to wait for a car. There were at least 100 cars on their lot. After much upset, they found us a car. We will never rent from Avis again.
