Original Comment Hello, I just wanted to bring to your attention of the Sales Manager, Melissa Cunningham at the Holiday Inn Express, Eugene Downtown Oregon - 2117 Franklin.<br /> I was so impressed with her quickness on her feet, I had been trying for over 2 months to get an additional night stay, (I should know that when there's a football game at Autzen..you need to book ahead...as soon as you can). We checked in the night b4, on the morning of the game, I asked again at the front desk, Thank goodness Melissa was there! She remembered that she had a room that was upgrading and that a possible room would become available. Even though the phones keep ringing, people behind me she never lost her cool. She let everyone know that she would be with them as soon as she could. She gave me her undivided attention and got us that extra night.. and more time that we we're able to visit with my 2nd son who is attending University of Oregon. We've been lucky to have 2 boys go thru the University, and staying at your property since 2014
