Original Comment So for the moment we arrived we weren't even greeted and the menus were disgusting and I gave the benefit of the doubt Pick up lunch I had just started however the waitress was completely horrible she didn't even attend to the table took the order and walked away the food was uncooked Shrimp tacos and unsweetened iced tea that had soap foam on top of it but there's no reason for it nobody had name tags on ones walking around with an oversize hoodie sweatshirt this is a corporation restaurant it should be ran a little differently however I am sure that you have cameras in your facility that you were able to see exactly what is going on somebody should address. I work retail so I understand that sometimes customers are a little extreme with that confirms it takes a lot for me to realize that this is definitely not how you run a place especially place of business or a restaurant There's one person left it out his name was Dylan however he was running all the food out to every single table while other people are just standing around blowing their nose talking on their phone and just talking. He should be recognized as one of your stronger employees !!!
