Original Comment Yesterday right in the middle of my conversation my phone call was disconnected. I call the support number to see what was wrong and I was told that my service was interrupted because of suspicious activities. I asked them what was they talking about and they couldn't give me any information. All they could give me was an email to contact. It was an escalation email. I explain to them that I just paid my phone bill a couple of days ago and that I am a single mother with a child who has seizures and I need my phone. The response that I got from the escalation department was that it could take 48 hours to hear a reponse. This is so unfair because I didn't do anything and I need my phone.
