I love my Jeep Wrangler 4xe but I seriously question how Chrysler continues to sell Jeeps if they can't provide decent, polite, prompt service. Every time I have attempted to take my Jeep in for service I've had to deal with long delays getting an appointment, no warning that I'll have to arrange for a rental car, longer than reasonable times for the actual service (almost always have to leave it overnight), rude or missing service personnel. At San Diego's Kearny Mesa dealership I was told that because "Fonzie" had not shown up for work I had to fill out a service request and then Fonzie would call me whenever he came to work. REALLY?????

That's only one example. In the past, with the same vehicle, I've had to drive for three weeks with the "check engine" light on because they couldn't fit me in for repairs until then. This is NOT good business and it is not reasonable. I"ll think long and hard about buying or leasing another Jeep. This is my fifth Jeep -- not good business to piss off loyal customers.
