I recently purchased a 2020 Honda Accord in the Harvey, la location. I had a minor issue and had to speak with the manager. His aggressiveness and unprofessionalism had me reach out to Capital One who referred me to y'all. If things don't get better soon. They referred me to the complaint and refund team at capital one.
