Original Comment I work for store #4220 however I know by federal law if you walk out of a job you are then deem by that company unrehireable, however the new manager at my store walked out of his old store in Smelterville,ID and I do not appreciate how my scheduling has been handled and if he can't talk to his employees properly and learn how our store work example he had told a customer we can't put a specific amount anf then have them run yhe card however we can and do, this needs to be fixed the proper way and hire a new manager who will actually talk yo his or her employees and meet with each of us to get to know his or her store and employees.<br /> <br /> I have worked in retail like this gor over a yr at Walmart and should be getting paid more than 15.75 an hr because I have the experience, I treat my customers with respect and dignity as well.<br /> <br /> I expect something to be done otherwise I'll be taking this to a high authority.
