Dear Sir/Madam, On 3rd of April 2024 we took our 2017 SUBARU LEG OUTBACK VIN 4S4BSENC2H3320414 LICENSE 7XGJ597, mileage 27,788 to Timmons Subaru of Long Beach, California, because while driving on some rough city roads our car made a little knocking noise that we never heard before. The dealer test drove vehicle and went over bumpy roads and heard knocking noice coming from suspension, inspected components and found both front top hats and 4 wheel alignment making noice. Timmons Subaru gave us an estimate of $1,394.29 to repair this problems. They said that because this is a 2017 model Subaru is not responsible to fixing it. We strongnly disagree, and we firmly believe that Subaru should be responsible for fixing it, our car has only 27,788 miles, we are both retired and drive very few miles around the city only. We realize that our warranty is over, but we love Subaru autos, its great reputation, and we feel that all materials used should last more due to our low mileage. The car is in top condition, we have never driven it on rough roads (as advertised and promoted on TV adds etc), is alway kept in our inclosed garage. We're very disappointed with this issue and hope that Subaru would respond to this msg and take ownership of this problem. Please take care of this problem which it should never had happen with such low mileage. Thank you advance
