Original Comment I will never purchase another item from blockbuster ever again. I purchased a ps3 video game and it did not come with the online game play which is free on playstation 3.I would have never purchased the game if i would have known that! when I checked out the lady said I had thirty days to return it that was a lie becuase you can only exchange it the manager was of no help(lancaster,oh)not to mention extremely rude! I have also sent several emails and have not been contacted is that because you don't care about your customers,I would like to have something resolved about my purchase like my money returned since you me sold me a product that didn't have what it was supposed to! I have never had such poor customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
