Original Comment I spend entire 2 days talking to different reps online trying to fix a new device which I had working only for one day. Every time I had to repeat the same things over and over. I was offered the same failed solution by every rep. When reps run out of options to fix problems they simply disconnected me and I had to start over again. Finally, I asked for a replacement since I have 5 years warranty on device and after few hours of continues nonsence, was told that i will be given a new device if I will pay shiping which is $10.43 !! On my question "why I should pay for shiping if device has warranty and worked only one day?" I was told that it is all in warranty and rep hanged up on me!
