I sent my MH-24 quick charger in for replacement/repair over a month ago and you people have not sent me anything except the email below. I am not happy about this and I want you to know that I WILL do everything in my power to either A) be compensated for the work I have lost due to not having a functional camera for my business THAT I PAID $900 for. or B) get my damn charger in my hands before next week. I am a very DISSATISFIED customer you people have not helped me you just keep telling me "oh well we'll have to email our service department.." NO! over four different NIKON associates have told me that and nothing has been done nobody has contacted me and I keep losing work. I want you people to know that I WILL GO TO COURT i have lawyer I already work close with and have discussed the matter with him and with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU so unless my charger is at my door by next week you people will have a hefty lawsuit on your hands that includes lost wages, and compensating me for faulty equipment. The integrity of your product is disgusting and you should all be ashamed. This is certainly not a bluff.
