Original Comment Hi there,<br /> I bought magic jack plus from best buy calgary, Canada. We plugged magic jack on the wall socket and directly with Internet DSL modem, it connects sometime for one minute and disconnects and most of the time message plays that error contact majicjack.com.<br /> I have done all the things like troubleshoot but I think that there is something wrong in the product, please let me know the solution, what should I do, should I return to you guys, if yes then how.
