Original Comment I have been with virgin mobile for a while. I was fine with the service until last year. I had gotten a replacement phone and since then it has been hell. It started when I wasn't able to receive calls. Spent at least two hours a day on the phone with customer service who didn't speak good English. Finally got a replacement phone, then another and the phone is not working again. I tried to communicate with these people that I need another phone, but a different phone and the supervisor was very rude, telling me a bunch if bull just to get me off the phone. Virgin mobile is the worst phone company ever!!! Corporate won't answer phone
