Original Comment My very first time using Hotwire and my very last. I booked a car for this weekend that just past and due to bad weather in the area that I was traveling to I wanted to cancel or get my money back because I was not trying to drive in bad weather. I talk to some one over at the weather channel and they told me that it would not be safe if I was to travel that weekend. I been trying to get them to understand how I feel as a customer but all they care about is getting and keeping my money. I never went to get the car and I just want my money back, I will do anything and everything I have to do to get my money back for the car I never used.
