Original Comment I purchased a washer and dryer from ge 7 months ago brand new. The washer is a top loader and has not worked properly since. The washer produces a foul odor when washing clothes. I have tried everything. A ge technician has been out 3 times to look at machine. He stated he found nothing wrong with it. Ge customer service was terrible and most unfriendly and didn't seem to care. I called corporate office and spoke to Wendy gillion, manager in chairmans office. She seemed to be uncaring and stated that was not covered under manufacturers warranty. My clthes have a horrible smell and have to take them to laundry mat to washem them. I spent iver 850 on this machine. I have never been so frustrated and unsastisfied in a product. I DO NOT recommended buying a GE washer and dryer. Not a reliable product and did I mention customer service was horrible all the way to corporate! <br /> <br /> A dissatisfied cuatomer.
