Hello.<br /> <br /> I can't truly express how great is my disappointment with your company.<br /> I remember the beginning of Incredimail, where we had a good program that were trustworthy and worked almost without flaws. Now, you added a bunch of useless tweaks that just takes up disc space and delay the performance of the program. I'm still awaiting a response for my emails bellow. <br /> <br /> I were advised from someone in your support team, and after doing what I was told to, I lost ALL the emails on my server! I lost over 34 thousand emails! They were all downloaded to my computer, and I am afraid of losing them if something happen. I also tried to make a backup with Incredibackup, and the program also does not work! I need my emails for my work, they were safe at my server, but now they are in my computer and I can't manage to make a backup! This is really important to me. I paid already 3 licensees from Incredimail but I don't believe that I will renew this licenses again! Why should I? It seems like for the incredimail, the customers are disposable.<br /> <br /> I'll be very brief and gonna make easy for you guys to help me to resolve the issues I'm having:<br /> <br /> 1) after losing all my inbox at my server, the new emails that I receive still doesn't remain in the server like before. I configurated POP3 and SMTP, and marked the box &quot;Leave a copy on the server&quot;. The messages doesn't remain in my server anymore and I don't know why! Please see the attachment with the capture of my configuration. And advise me on what to do, considering that I wanto to have my emails secure in my server.<br /> <br /> 2) I need to put Incredibackup to work! Is extremely important that I make a secure backup of all the emails that are now in my computer. I tried to make the backup for several times already, also tried to reinstall it, but with no effect. I select the backup option, then the destination folder (usually a folder in my desktop that I can later copy to a external disc), but at a certain point(always at the same file), the backup stops making progress. The program continues to run, but with no progress. Please, see also the capture of the program at the point that it always stops.<br /> <br /> I need to receive a helpful reply urgently.<br /> <br /> This last few days Incredimail messed my whole work up, and now I need help to fix it somehow.<br /> <br /> Awaiting your fastest reply,<br /> Peter Klaus Witzel.
