Original Comment I just had the worst experience with Uhaul EVER! I have been renting trucks with them for 30 years and will NEVER rent one again. I will go to Budget. My mother passed away and Ihad to go move my fathers home. My reservation for the largest uhaul seemed to disappear. Then they don't have one and give the the next smaller size and charged me more! Then I have to come back and rent a trailer as everything wouldn't fit and they give me faulty equipment that can't be driven at night and could not have even cared. I had unloaders in my home town already set to unload the next morning and had to pay them even though I was not there since I COULD NOT DRIVE AT NIGHT. Your customer service is AWFUL!!!!!!!!!
