Original Comment My husband purchased air conditioner/heater for our home. I had a question regarding this. The following morning I sat with a recording that just kept coming on saying all customer service people are busy, and they will be with you shortly. Well shortly meant for me 1hour, 16 minutes, but I was damed that I was going to hang up. With customer service like this, I don't understand how this company stays in business. I spoke with a supervisor, and he was very pleasant but said we are extremely busy, and that's why, I told him to hire more people.<br /> Never again after reading the comments from different places will I buy from them.
