Original Comment My name is Felicianne Frazier<br /> I am trying to make contact with someone who knows what there doing.<br /> I have been cheated out of a weeks service. As I was do on the 13th of the month and they shut my phone off on the 6th. I have set it up so that it's auto pay and last month because they said I was due on the 7th I called it in again to get my phone turned back on. I told them it could not be taken out of my account till the 7th or after. It's bad enough I have lost a weeks service with your company. But again they tried to take it from my account on the 6th. I would like a call from someone in charge.
