Original Comment Well I can see that this is a waste of time. As is calling tech support. Can you believe they have never heard of a ASUS laptop with hinge problems. There are pages of websites making reference to it but ASUS has never heard of it. They will fix it for $350. There is no reason it will not snap again and I wouldn't spend another penny on another ASUS product.
