In June, I tried to order my free pizza in your buy one get one free offer. It took me 46 minutes and I still had no order so I called the store and the girl there told me she could not assist me on line and gave me a phone number to call. Meanwhile, my daughter who is more computer savvy than I am arrived and she had problems ordering the pizza too. She called the store and asked for the manager who told her we were the third person to call about this problem and that they helped them. My daughter complained about all the time we wasted and that she thought her mother deserved a free pizza and a later time. The manager said he could not offer anything because it was an online offer. This is my fourth email. My last 2 have been ignored. I was told the store manager would call me but he never did. I cannot believe this is how you do business or that you approve the treatment I received from the manager and from my e mails. This is my last resort before I decide not to order Papa Johns anymore and tell all my family and friends about your terrible customer service. I know good customer service as I worked for Maytag and nobody gave better service than them. Thank you for any consideration you give this. Respectfully yours, Loretta J. Dion
