Original Comment It is now 2:36 am I just looked up Xopenex in the 2013 Formulary (list of covered drugs). It turns out that the supervisor I talked to tonight early in the evening doesn't know wht she is talking about that Xopenex is not covered. I am using the Formulary document - ID number 13567, v6. Effective date Jan. 1, 2013. Page 31 Xopenex is listed. Xopenex Drug tier 3, PA MO. PA Prior authorization is required. Dr. Varghese did this in June this is how I got the drug from Walgreens. Your supervisor was wrong again. MO This drug is available through our mail-order service. So again I ask why am I being given the run around. I think yhour company owes me a FedEx shipment of my drug Xopenex over night. You call my Doctor in the morning and get a new script. Dr. Joseph K.
