Original Comment Today was Sat. 09/14/13 and I went to store #1805 in Buckhannon WV 26201 to pick up a ton of wood heating pellets. I went to the front check out and got quick and courteous service from the lady at the register. She called back to the lumber Dept. requesting for someone to load them for me. they told her that they were busy loading building supplies and that I would have to wait in line. That would have been fine except that when I went back to the loading dock I didn't see any vehicles back up waiting to be loaded. When I went inside there was only 1 of the 2 registers open and no lines of waiting people, only Ashley and Kenney behind the only register open not wanting to be disturbed. After some angry wording I managed to get the two love birds to load my pellets. Maybe your monthly bonus to them should be a nights pay in a motel room.
