Original Comment I have purchased 2 Osito (soft) northface jackets for my daughter for Christmas in the past two years. I have followed the care instructions and they look matted. The second one she hasn't even had a full year and already is looking terrible. I don't understand why they wear so terrible?? Her pink one is just awful looking and it looked like that shortly after a year and her friends asking what is wrong with the jacket??? These coats are not cheap and I am very disappointed in these coats. Highly debating even buying anymore of these as I know she would like another color this Christmas. Are there any guarantees????
