Original Comment My name is lisa bingham. I just left a comment earlier. I talked to Rick and the Dayton-Vandalia location. He stated he was the manager and he couldn't do nothing for me. I am real upset with your company. I derserve a car to drive because that's what i reserved to drive. If I don't answer leave voice mail. I don't get off work until 3:00pm but I will call back. And by the way, the lady who waited on me yesterday said that there would be a car back today for me to drive. She stated there would be alot of cars coming back today; so where did they all go. I should have had one saved for me since I have had a reservation already in.
