Original Comment RIPOFF. Told me the bill would be 9.99 per month including taxes, the equipment was free and they valued me as a customer. All LIES. Vonage charged me almost 19.00 per month, double the amount I was quoted and charged me 15.00 for the equipment, then were rude and obnoxious when I called to dispute it. Total jerks.
