Original Comment Ok. So, I am an old lady who purchased two of Origin's games (in the disc format)- Sims 3 for my granddaughter for xmas. I have still not recieved them as yet! It was supposedly shipped out 10 days ago. The place where you go to "track your item" is called, "Newgistics,Inc". The so-called tracking number sent to you by e-mail is "incorrect" or it tells you to try contacting them later on. The ORIGIN website is so ridiculous, too. There is no HELP to be found on it! Plus, now that your games are 40% off, it's just another great way for you to get people's money!!! I am going to report you to the FTC-Federal Trade Commission, and anybody else I can find. This is just total B-LL---T!!! It makes me so sad to live in a world where honest people (especially places of business) are incredibly hard to find! :((
