Original Comment I have never had Net10 but was advised by a family that their service was really good. I attempted to use the BYOP program but for some reason my phone could not be connected. I tried to talk to so many people in customer service and was told several different thing. I requested my money back because I could not use the service and Ive been given the run around, disconnected on chat and no one from the corporate number will respond. I think that net 10 has the worse customer servicer ever!
