Original Comment I have Part D Medicare Drug policy through my employer.<br /> Also, have OHI Tricare. Medicare requires Express Scripts<br /> to send Monthly Medicare Part D EOB if requested. I have<br /> requested monthly since Feb, 2013, and still have not gotten<br /> the EOB that I need to file with second ins. Tricare for<br /> reimbursement of funds paid to Express Scripts - $900.<br /> I get conflicting information, the round-around and many<br /> untruths. They have no accountability. I will file <br /> grievance reports with Tx State Ins &amp; Medicare.
