H at empire mall Subang Jaya. Within one month the Infuser got stuck and the repairing will take about two weeks due to weekly basis. It is not fare for a customer to wait for such a long time to get it done. It is not a major repair. I tried calling your service hotline but no response as it says the line is busy. The service in Malaysia is quiet bad and is it a good quality product ??<br /> Now I don't have the confidence in your product at all and will not recommend to others due to poor service and the quality.<br /> Thank you.<br /> <br /> Regards,<br /> Celine
