1. I received my replacement phone a day late.<br /> 2. Upon receiving the phone I was given a list of instructions to follow to reset the phone. Because of the damage to the phone the phone would not power up in any way and therefore I could not complete the reset.<br /> 3. I attempted several times to contact assistance Asurion by phone with negative contact and had to contact Verizon who contacted Asurion.<br /> 4. When I spoke to an Asurion representative she first could not find my account and then transferred me to someone else.<br /> 5. After explaining the situation to the next person he stated he could not find my information and wanted to transfer me to Apple tech support. I explained I didn't need tech support because the phone was damaged and would not turn on and I wanted to know what I needed to do to return the phone without having to paying the $300.00. In a disrespectful tone and manner he stated &quot;she was wrong, didn't know what she was talking about and he needed connect me to tech support.&quot; At that time I disconnect the call.<br /> 6. I then contacted Verizon to see if they had another company to insure my phone and she told me they did not but did contact someone that took less than 2 minutes to fix the problem.<br /> 7. Because of the unprofessional and unknowledgeable staff you have representing your organization, after over 5 year of service with Verizon; I am considering changing my phone service.
