Original Comment This complaint is about your Agent at the Holiday Inn location in College Park, Md. I brought a car back after renting it for 3 weeks. The car was not quite on full.....Danielle (the agent) told me that she could not close out my rental because the gas wasn't quite at "full". She said I had to go back to the gas station and put more gas in the car, because no one would rent the car without having a "full" tank. I took the car back and put more gas in... It cost $3.87 to put the gas needle exactly on full. I asked her again WHY and she said if an audit is done they will want to know why she had to put gas in the car if it was rented with a full tank. I am disappointed in her....she actually told me two BOLD -FACED lies and that is unacceptable. I was very inconvenienced with the extra running around for gas!
