I am about as disgusted as I can be with your company right now. I have a 2008 Impala and the list of problems with this car goes on and on. Earlier this year I had an air check valve replaced to the tune of $500.00, a couple of months later I found out the front and rear axle seals were leaking. My mechanic was able to head off a $2000.00 repair with some kind of a sealing product, hopefully it keeps working. I brought it to Global Chevrolet in North Plainfield, NJ to see what could be done, that did not go well. I was told that the seals were no longer leaking, but the air conditioner compressor is leaking and the transmission pan gasket is leaking as well. I thought I dodged a bullet when I was told the axle seals were no longer leaking, but instead I left with estimates of over $1300.00 and of course nothing is covered. I didn't even mention the door locks that don't work and the tire air pressure sensors that go on and off intermittently for months when the temperature drops below 40 degrees. The car is only 6 years old and I expect to have some things that need to be taken care of, but this is a little getting a little out of control. I have talked about this with my mechanic and he has told that these are not common repairs; in fact they are repairs he rarely if ever has to do. I was hoping to have this car for a while longer, now I'll be happy if lasts long enough to get it paid off. Can someone please explain to me why so much is going wrong with this car?
