Original Comment Love, love Sam's Club. But there is a serious problem with staffing in the Beckley, WV store. I stopped by yesterday to pick up three items. There were two lines open with (and I counted) 12 people in one line and 14 in the other line waiting to check out. The self check out was open but could not use because you could not use cash and Sam's does not accept Visa. From inside the store I called and asked to speak to a manager, a little while later another line was opened. I should not have had to do this. But, I still love Sams
