I Had A Very Disturbing Encounter With Your Service Dept At The Gwartney Mazda In Jackson, Tn. I Talked To Shane-svc Mgr And Was Assured He Could Fix My Granddaughter's Bmw Brake Problems By 11/28 Because She Had To Travel Back To Dallas, Tx To Work. We Took The Car On 11/28 As He Advised Was Told It Would Be Ready By 1030a 11/29. At 10:09a 11/29 He Called To Say It Would Be Monday 12/01 He Had To Get A Part From Bmw. A Part(spring) That His Dept Had Lost Or Broken. We Were Desperate For A Way To Get Her Back To Her New Job But He Refused To Help. I Had An Excellent Experience With The Purchase Of This Car, But With This Experience I Feel Like Leaving It There And Sharing This Experience With My Many Friends And Relatives. As Of Today This Car Is Still At The Dealership And If This Issue Is Not Resolved I Will Contact Ally Financial And Let Them Know This Issue Also. <br /> If You Need To Contact Me See My Information Below.
