Original Comment On 12-16-14 I Ordered Phone And Paid Activation .didnot Receive A Phone Number ,nor Tracking Number.all I Got Was A Confirmation Number.i Also Ordered Another One On 12-17-14,because The Lady Said That I Had To Order Them That Way,i Said That Is Something I Have Never Known Of A Business To Work As.so Today I Starting Calling The Status Phone Number For Checking On Your Orders,and Each Call Waiteed And Waited,then A Rep Would Answer Then So Conviently Dicsonnected.i Would Call Again And Wait And Wait For A Rep At Least 10 -15 Minutes Each Time Talk To That One And Get Disconnected Again. I3 Called 11 Times And Got So Called Disconnected 11 Times,2 Times I Lelt Harsh Voice Mails With My Phone Number.then I Can Not Get Any Tracking Numbers For Those Phones "severe Problem" Monday Morning I Will Call Corporate Office And Complain Of Such Lousy Service Of How Their Employees Are Representiving Their Company.we Owned A Company Before We Retired And Our Customers Was Always First And They Had 4 Telephone Numbers To Contact Someone To Get Their Problem Solved,which Was Done Asap.and Cricket Is Is Get Your Money And Screw You And You Are At Their Mercy Until They Want To Talk To You.you Want Tro Buy A Phone Or Pay For Service That Is Money, But To Inquire About Anything That Shows You Alot.
