i have just spent the last 30 minutes trying to find a place or person to speak to about my dissattisfaction with avis. but this is all i could find. you corporate offices send you to the main number. just awful customer service. i actually made a ressie on line and realized they hadnt asked me for my 'valuable' avis first number. when i called to add it, the attendant told me that if he added it the rate would go up due to availability. i have made the reservation 5 minutes before. i rented a car earlier in the week from avis where the quoted payment was $200 less than they charged me. at first, the agent told me it was the personal property policy. after i looked into it i realized the agent on the phone helping me with the reservation hadn't added the rediculous fees. if your agents knew their jobs customers could get correct into. if you had a way for customers to find someone who cares about customers, maybe you wouldn't be second best. i am now renting a hertz vehicle. this is rediculous.
