Original Comment I brought (5) lines to Cricket from Metro PCS and Verizon less than 120 days ago. While making this transfer I had to buy (2) phones and forfeit an iPhone. The 1st occurrence began when (1) phone was transferred without being unlocked. My ailing mother (74) was without a phone for about (10) days before it was realized by the (5) authorized store that her phone was still locked. Then my boyfriends phone kept and still even up to last night calls 911 when the phone lies idle. After now (8) calls to 911 and (2) home visits...now with a threat of a citation of $250 from the Sheriff's Office, we've become aggravated and determined to chat with someone who knows what they are talking about and not sending us back and forth to the Warranty Department. I've called 18 times and made several visits to rectify this situation only to find out from HTC that this is a developmental/software issue that has no time frame of repair. So now we're being asked to upgrade our phones and pay more money for service that's not what we were promised. I put a trouble ticket in to research this only to no again receive a call back, remedy or what can we do for you and keep your accounts attitude....
