Every time you cut back on the food demonstration events, I am cutting back on my spending budget at Sam's Club. I know you want record sales numbers every year, but unfortunately, you are shooting yourselves in the foot! Yes it is expensive to throw these demo events together, but they make you more money when you perform them with your vendors. Take a look back at the volume for sales of demo products in 2009. You people were kicking high up on the sales meter then, but now that you have asphyxiated your demo teams, you are earning less, so you react by cutting more demos away from the stores. That's is counter intuitive thinking that will send your money to your competitors. I have already stifled my purchases at the club, but if you continue down this path, I will take what's left of my business elsewhere. I have already begun to spend more dollars at Target than ever before, so stay the crooked course that you are on and many other consumers just like me will not darken your doors.
