Original Comment Went to Sam's club today on March 5,2015. Stood in line 23 mins.2 registers open 2 self - check outs open .I was the 11th person in my line the other was even longer 3 managers were standing around talking seemed to be having a great time. The other line was waiting 4 min I was timing it waiting for them to stop talking to get change. Finally when I got to the front of the line they decided to pull and give change to the cashier except they didn't have enough money I guess so there I stood with a long line in back of me waiting for them to come back just so I could swipe my card smh...but that was not before she had to stop and say hello to another employee. ...DO managers not know how to open a drawer? I asked who the floor manager was I couldn't see her name tag because when the cashier pointed her out she was within hearing distance and went to the back somewhere .very frustrated with Sams club in midwest city ok 73130.
