Placed an order online so that I could use a $50 off coupon code (only good when ordering online with store pickup). When my husband went into the store to pick up the order, the entire order was wrong. (He had the printed receipt of what I ordered online). The salesman had to re-enter the order, which then made it an instore order, and so not eligible for the coupon. I called Customer Service, and was basically told that because the ordered had to be redone in the store, the coupon code couldn't be used. I reminded them that I placed the order online, and that the order got fouled up in the system somewhere. Not my fault it had to be corrected in the store. Sorry. Too bad. His only suggestions was for me to return everything (18 items) and re-order online again. This will be my last visit to Advance Auto. There are 5 other car care companies within just a few miles of my home.
